  • With a resolution of 5 ½ digits, it is the accuracy of the 4-terminal resistance measurement or the 2-terminal resistance measurement after zero correction by NULL operation.
    If the NULL operation is not used, an additional error of 0.2Ω is added to the 2-terminal resistance measurement.
