Rise and fall time control
With the pulse waveform, you can set the rise and fall times separately.
SWEEP/Burst function
The SWEEP function allows linear, log, and step SEEP waveforms, and can also control the hold time at the maximum and minimum frequencies. There is also a marker output function. The burst function can be set 1 to 1,000,000 times or an infinite number of times, and the start phase can also be set. In addition, it is possible to apply a delay from the external trigger or perform gate oscillation.
Waveform addition function
The specified waveform can be superimposed on the basic waveform.
The waveforms that can be added are SIN, square wave, ramp wave, noise, and arbitrary waveform.
Various modulation functions
It is equipped with various modulation functions of AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, and PWM. The modulation waveform can be selected internally and externally, and any waveform can be selected for the internal waveform. The external modulation input is controlled at ±5V.
