We are pleased to announce that Iwatsu Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Iwatsu”) and Graphtec Corporation (hereinafter “Graphtec”) have resolved to integrate their respective measuring instruments businesses by transferring them, through an absorption-type company split, to a newly established company, GRAPHTEC IWATSU Test Instruments Co., Ltd., effective July 1, 2026.
This integration aims to promote cross-selling by maximizing the customer bases of both companies, as well as to optimize development, maintenance, and operational resources within the measuring instruments business. By combining the technologies cultivated by both Iwatsu and Graphtec, the new company will deliver highly competitive products and services.
Furthermore, by strengthening our revenue base and expanding customer touchpoints, we will actively promote sales activities to drive further market expansion and contribute to the growth of the group as a whole.
