Company Information

We at Iwatsu Voice Networks realize that there are a number of choices when it comes to business communications.  They range from price-centric companies that use shortcuts to lower the sticker price, to manufacturers that rely on name recognition they have built by virtue of consumer products and large marketing budgets.  Iwatsu has chosen to take a different approach, one that doesn’t focus on providing the cheapest equipment available.  It’s a strategy we call Business Extensions.  We know the growing businesses that choose Iwatsu do so not because we provide a disposable business telephone; it’s because we strive to provide our partners with better/easier ways for their company to operate – we provide Business Extensions.

It’s a philosophy that starts in our corporate headquarters and trickles down to every product, distributor and end user.  Obviously, Iwatsu Voice Networks stations are literal extensions at a desk, but when these stations are used with the components of the Iwatsu product suite they extend the capabilities of the business they support.

For example, Unified Communications extends the reach of the user far beyond the desktop.  This extends the capabilities of each employee, and thereby the entire business.  This rationale is applied to all the products Iwatsu offers, differentiating you from competition by reinforcing how you can extend the capabilities of any business.  Other examples include the way our Measurement products expands call reporting access; EMA expands the rate and reach of message broadcasts; and the way Omegatrek literally extends the coverage area of the phone system.

Business Extensions is our personality: it is how we at Iwatsu Voice Networks conduct ourselves.  It’s the niche we have chosen to fill in the marketplace.  When a company installs an Iwatsu communications system, they aren’t just acquiring a product line, they are extending the reach and capabilities of their staff.
